How to sleep while sleeping..?

Resting at night is essential for the body to run throughout the day. Thus doctors recommend that on average every human being needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep per day.

Everybody needs daily sleep to rejuvenate the body organs, reduce stress and improve memory. Various studies have confirmed that deep sleep at night improves memory and reduces stress to get deeper sleep.Researchers also say that cats need to be included in any precautionary measures against the virus.

Sleep is inevitable for the body as the performance of the next day is determined by the sleep of the previous night. But, it is important that sleeping in any position is good for health and mental well-being.Everyone has a different body type and body size so they sleep according to their comfort. But sleeping in the wrong position can have various effects on the body.

Sleep can only be improved by sleeping in a position where your spine is properly aligned. There are no problems with the body. Experts recommend that you sleep without compromising the alignment of the back and neck area.Let's take a look at which sleeping patterns are the worst and which are the best.

The worst condition in sleeping

Many people say that you can get a good night's sleep only if you sleep soundly at night. But, sleeping like this is a very bad condition. This increases your body weight. Factors such as gender, age, BMI, and smoking also determine physical activity levels during sleep.

People with heartburn or gastroesophageal reflux disease may experience bloating due to constipation. Experts advise people with such a problem to avoid falling asleep.Sleeping in this way can cause muscle tone, especially in the neck area. It can cause chronic neck and back pain.

When you wake up in the morning it is good to roll up once to lie on your back and then get up after resting for 10 minutes.

Best position to sleep:

Lying horizontally on the back bed maintains the correct position of the spine. This will relax both the lower back and neck muscles. Thus doctors recommend placing a pillow below the knees in addition to sleeping. Doing so will help reduce pressure on the lower back. The pillow placed on the head should be thin enough to keep the body in balance.

People with sleep apnea and snoring should avoid this condition. This is because the tongue can move backwards and obstruct the airways during sleep. Some problems in the esophagus can occur when the acid in the stomach is horizontal. So, for those who are so annoyed, sleeping on the side or lying on a horizontal with a slightly higher pillow will fix this.

Excellent sleeping position:

Most people have a habit of sleeping on their side. Doctors advise sleeping on the right side to avoid putting pressure on the heart. To do this, stretch your legs and keep your head straight in the middle of the pillow. In addition, doctors say that sleeping with another pillow between the legs will align the hips and spine.

Sleeping in this position has been shown to provide a restful sleep. Using a thin mattress or pillow can help prevent shoulder or neck pain.Studies have found that patients with heart failure always sleep on the right side.
