Chopped carrots - half a kilo
Sugar - half a cup
Corn flour - a quarter cup
Water - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Coconut Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp

Recipe
Put the chopped carrots in the cooker, add a little water and cook till it comes to 2 whistles. Once the carrots are cool, put them in a mixer and grind to a paste.
Mix sugar and corn flour in a bowl and add a cup of water and dissolve well. Then mix it with the carrot paste. Put the pan in the oven and when it is hot pour the carrot mixture in it and stir well.
Add a little ghee from time to time and stir so that it does not stick to the pan.
When the mixture accumulates well without sticking to the pan, spread ghee on a plate and spread the mixture evenly. When it cools down for a while, slice it into the desired shape.
Prepare a delicious carrot delight by mixing coconut powder and powdered sugar together in a bowl and sprinkling it on the cut pieces.
